Having worked in food for nearly 10 years, Elspeth started off working in catering around London for supper clubs, private events and weddings. She spent a couple of years as a chef for a private members club before craving a more creative avenue in the food industry.

After a stint as a freelance assistant Food stylist Elspeth landed her dream job on the Jamie Oliver food team back in 2014. As part of the food team Elspeth supported Jamie in everything from recipe development and testing to food and prop styling, working across his cookbooks, magazines, online content, products, restaurants, videos, commercials and TV programmes.

Elspeth has travelled to Canada, Italy, Germany, Holland and Brazil, styling with and on behalf of Jamie.

After 8 wonderful and inspiring years Elspeth has now gone freelance having recently moved out of London to the gorgeous countryside near Bath, with her husband and two daughters.
